I tried playing this game in a Windows 98 Second Edition machine that I created in PCem. It runs flawlessly. I converted the nrg file to an iso file and mounted the disc through PCem. I also selected a full install. However, there is no music when playing the game. I then tried mounting the disc in Daemon Tools. That gave me the same issue. There was no music. I then extracted the nrg file to see that the music files were not present. According to the PC Gaming Wiki, some copies of Virtua Cop for Windows do not include the music.
